Snowbedsjapan offers a basic maintenance package for all foreign based buyers to make your little purchase of paradise as close to paradise as possible. We take the stress out of owning a property far from home. If desired we will do our best to keep it full of guests for you too through the Snowbeds Travel website, making your holiday home a working investment as well. Contracts are negotiable depending on property size and owner requirements but start at;
¥300,000 Annual base rate including;
Yearly
- Collection and paying of bills from a client bank account
- Necessary repairs for weather damage..etc
- Contracting work the owner wants done (painting, renovation etc)
Summer
- Lawn mowing
- General outside cleaning
- Preparation for owner/guest arrival (water, power, lights on)
- Cleaning after owner/guest departure
Winter
- Snow clearing
- Preparation for owner/guest arrival (heat, water, power, lights on)
- Cleaning after owner/guest departure
